Our History
AJK Events Management was born from a passion for creating memorable experiences and a desire to elevate the art of event planning.
Founded by Executive Director Kate Hammond, our journey began with a vision to offer personalised, high-quality event solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client.
The name AJK holds special significance, as it combines the initials of my late mother, Julie, and my own, along with the initials of my father. My mother was a strong and dedicated figure in my life, always encouraging me to do my best and pursue my dreams. This tribute to her is a constant reminder of her unwavering support and the values she instilled in me.
Kate's diverse background in hospitality and project management provided her with a wealth of knowledge and skills, allowing her to recognise the potential for innovation in the events industry.
